As a spiritual director, I help clients deepen their intimacy with the Lord. Through conversation, prayer, and reflection, we cultivate a more attentive awareness of God’s presence, learn to listen for His voice, and discern how He is moving within the experiences of our lives.

For years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people through Inner Healing Prayer using the TPM model. Together, we explore how past pain may be shaping your present experiences. We revisit significant memories where painful beliefs were first formed, and we invite Jesus into those moments to speak truth and bring healing.

There are many ways to draw closer to God. Spiritual practices such as Sabbath, Silence & Solitude, Lectio Divina, and Prayer are intentional rhythms that nurture our relationship with Him. I love helping people discover these practices and find meaningful ways to weave them into the flow of everyday life.
